Blueberry Banana Kratom Smoothie

Disguise the bitter taste of kratom with this delicious fruit smoothie. Jam packed with antioxidants and vitamins to boost your immune system. 


  • 1 cup of milk, non-dairy milk, or Greek yogurt
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • ½ cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 cup kale, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Your daily dose of kratom

Super Cinchy Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender and serve. Use frozen banana for a smoothie with a thicker consistency.

Kratom Iced Coffee

Many people use a green or a white kratom strains for an energy boost and some have even replaced their daily cup of coffee with kratom. But, Kratom and coffee go great together. Because coffee has caffeine in it we recommend using a mellow kratom strain if you take them together or use decaf coffee.



  • 2 tablespoons half and half
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla simple syrup*
  • Your daily dose of kratom


  1. Mix the kratom into the brewed coffee.
  2. Add simple syrup and half and half.
  3. Serve over ice.

*To make vanilla simple syrup bring a ½ cup of sugar and 1 cup of water to the boil on medium heat. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Pineapple cucumber kratom smoothie

Pineapple and Cucumber Kratom Smoothie 


  • ½ cup – ice
  • ½ cup – water
  • 1 – celery stalks
  • ½ cup – pineapple juice
  • 2 – pineapple juice
  • 2 – pineapple slices
  • ½ – ginger
  • Less than ½ – cucumber
  • Kratom – as per requirement

Simple Directions

Chop up and slice the Pineapple, Cucumber and celery. Add all the ingredients in a blender, whip it into a creamy texture and enjoy.

Blueberry and Chocolate Kratom Smoothie 

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup – milk
  • ¼ tbsp.. – vanilla extract
  • 1 dash – ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup – frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp. – cocoa powder
  • 1 dash – ground cinnamon
  • Kratom – as per requirement


Throw it all in a blender and blend it!

You need to put all the ingredients inside a blender and mix them well till the concoction turns into a smooth cream. If you wish to make it fruitier, you can add a few cubes of strawberries or mango. If you go for fat-free yogurt and substitute sugar, the smoothie would be a low-calorie one. Fruit and Spinach Kratom Smoothie

Ingredients –

  • 1 cup – orange juice
  • ½ – banana
  • 1 cup – fresh spinach leaves
  • Kratom – as per your requirement


You will have to put all the ingredients inside a blender and mix them to form a a thick creamy beverage.

Banana Kratom Smoothie 

Ingredients –

  • Cinnamon – a tiny amount
  • ½ – salt
  • 1 cup – orange juice
  • 1 – banana (ripe)
  • 1 – vanilla yogurt
  • Kratom – as per your requirement

Method –

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and continue to do so till you have a cream. If you want your smoothie to be sweeter, you can add a riper banana.
